Can I rent a car for less than 3 days?

We have a minimum rental period of 3 days. Please contact us for short term prices and conditions.

Which documents do I need?

You only need a B driving licence and it must be valid for the rental period.

When and how do I pay?

The complete amount of the rental period needs to be paid in cash or with credit card upon delivery of the car. It is also possible to transfer the amount in advance on our bank account.

Note: Do not forget to add your invoice number in the payment note. (Only money transfer)

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we charge a deposit of $300 for rental cars in the compact and comfort category and $500 for rental cars in the (mini) van and SUV category.

From what age can I rent a car?

You must be 23 years or older to rent a car

Where will the car be delivered?

We deliver the rental car to your indicated location. Anywhere on the island.

Is tax included in the price?

NO, all prices exclude 9% tax

Can I pay with Euro's?

It is not possible to pay in euro’s. We accept guilders and dollars.

Note: Only deposit can be paid in euro’s

Can I pay with credit card or debit card?

It is possible to make payment with credit card and debit card. (VISA, Master, American Express & Maestro)

Note: Currency conversion rate that we use is 1 dollar is 1.82 guilders.

Pick-up and return cars.

You can pick-up your car at our office. In most cases the car must be returned at the same place where we delivered that car. In case you want to return the car at a different location at the end of your rental period, please contact us.

It is possible to get the rental car delivered at your location free of charge in most cases.In case your location is far to the west or east side of the island, we can deliver your car for a cost of $15 extra.

Do you offer long term rental service?

Yes we do offer long term rental service, please contact us for special rate.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

It is possible to make your reservation even one (1) year in advance. In case of last minute reservation within 24 hours, we advise you to contact us via telephone or WhatsApp.

Is it possible to extend the rental period?

It is possible to extend your rental period if the selected car is still available. You must contact us 24 hours in advance if you want to extend the rental period.

If this is not available, we are happy to extend your rental period with one of our other cars. If the available car is not in the same category, you must pay the price for that category.

How many kilometers is included in the price?

When renting a car by J&I Services, all kilometers are free of charge. This mean NO additional charges.

Do you have a child seat?

Yes, we have child seat that you can add to your reservation. If you want to rent a maxi-cosi, please check for availability trough contact form or e-mail.

It is possible to smoke in the car?

NO, It’s NOT possible to smoke in the car. There is a smoke fine of $250 that will be apply if you smoke in the car.
